Aromatic profiles

The coop of Rauzan counts around 4,000 ha of vines in the heart of Entre Deux Mers, and 320 cooperative winegrowers.

Vintage after vintage, they entrust us with their harvest for it to be vinified in our wineries, which is to say that it makes a lot of grapes!

Beyond our châteaux, to accentuate the personalities of our branded wines, we have chosen for more than 15 years to implement a selection method that we call in our jargon, aromatic profiles. Our goal is to express the full potential of each of our Entre Deux Mers terroirs, where vines have been cultivated for over 2000 years.

This method allows us to obtain homogeneous cuvées with at the end of the harvest more than 200 vats of red and rosé wines and 80 vats of white wines ready to be assembled in partnership with you to create tailor-made wines, in response to market expectations. .
